Hi, I’m Jhana,
A full-stack designer building healthier technology in San Francisco. I believe in a lean, agile approach to design, gleaning insights that create seamless experiences and drive business objectives.
I’m currently making life easier for recruiters and job seekers by designing the web and mobile products at SmartRecruiters.
With a background in Psychology and Business, I’ve conducted research and facilitated learning teams as an organizational psychologist before using my skills to design and develop digital products and a compelling lifestyle brand based in Nepal. I’ve solved design challenges for a variety of clients around the world and continue to draw from my diverse experience to iterate and develop sustainable solutions that drive growth.
When I'm not grinding my teeth on new UX problems, you can find me riding my bike, riding my snowboard, wandering with my camera or boarding an airplane. Ask me about my motorcycle trip through Kashmir or my meditation retreats in Nepal.
